Decaf Espresso - Moka Java

I started roasting in order to support my wife when she was not consuming coffee over a period of about 5-6 years. I would always get frustrated while trying to source a reasonably fresh bag of Decaf for Espresso. My good friend gave me a roaster and some green coffee for a birthday gift and I immediately started working on sourcing a Decaf that could create a nice cup, as espresso or americano. While I have rarely experienced an amazing decaf espresso, this is about as far as I have come in my roasting and sourcing journey! I use Moka Java Decaf from Coffee Shrub as a staple.
